Are there any mileage restrictions ?
The standard included limit is 2000 miles per 28 days although we are always willing to discuss requirements outside of this.
Am I able to use my company own insurance ?
Yes you can , subject to us reviewing and validating the policy.
Can I choose the car that I want ?
We take bookings by car group not model although we will always aim to accommodate preferences where possible.
Am I able to add an additional driver to my rental ?
Yes you are chargeable at the current additional driver rate
How long does it take for you to provide me with a vehicle ?
It is dependent on a number of different factors such as geographical location and specific model requests however it can be organised within an hour although we would generally suggest 48 hours.
Are you able to deliver the car to me ?
Yes we are and we offer delivery and collection of the vehicles to your chosen address free of charge
How can I pay for my rentals ?
You are able to pay by credit card or Visa debit card or if you are a Business you are able to apply for a Credit Account (subject to a credit scoring).
How long do I have to tie myself in for ?
The minimum rental period with us is 28 days . If you set up for 9 months but your circumstances change after 2 you are able to return the vehicle penalty free
Can I change the car if I don't like it ?
Yes - We will always try and accommodate personal preferences so please contact your account manager if you are unhappy
Do I have a contact to speak to about any issues that I have ?
Yes - when your rental is set up you are allocated an Account Manager who will be your specific contact with Hertz to assist you with your Long Term rental
