When a company car is made available for the private use of an employee a
"benefit in kind" value is calculated in relation to the car, and the fuel
that is used. HM Revenue and Customs have produced a handy tool for calculating the amounts
of car and car fuel 'benefits in kind' for company cars and provides
indications of income tax due for provision of these benefits.
